01 — Our story
A partner between you and India’s mills.
DivineTex Mills LLP is an Ahmedabad-based fabric sourcing, development and supply company. Ahmedabad has been one of India’s great textile cities for generations, and we work from inside that ecosystem: with weavers, mills, processors and finishers we know.
We exist because finding the right fabric is harder than it should be. Buyers need a quality that fits their product, a price that works, and supply they can rely on. Most of all they need one accountable partner who manages the whole path from base fabric to finished roll. That is the role we play.
02 — Our sourcing ecosystem
Two ways we bring you fabric.
Model 01
Greige to finished
We source greige fabric and coordinate its processing.
Greige is cloth straight off the loom: unbleached, undyed, unfinished. We source the right greige base for your end use, then manage it through the processors who dye, print and finish it, so you receive one finished fabric from one partner.

Model 02
Ready finished fabric
We source finished fabrics through established Indian mills.
When an existing quality fits your need, we source it ready-finished from established mills we work with. We match it against your requirement, check it, and handle supply, which is faster to market with no development cycle.

03 — Custom fabric development
Start with whatever you have.
You don’t need a finished spec to begin. Share what you have, and we develop the fabric with you until it matches.
- 01
Physical swatch
Send us a piece of cloth. We study its construction, weight, hand and finish.
- 02
Reference image
A photograph or mood reference for the look, colour or texture you want.
- 03
Technical specification
Count, construction, GSM, width, composition: we work directly from your spec.
- 04
Concept
Just an idea of the end use and feel. We help translate it into a buildable fabric.
- Step 1
Brief
We take in your reference and understand the end use, target and quantities.
- Step 2
Analysis
We define the construction, base fabric and processing route that will get there.
- Step 3
Sampling
Samples, lab dips or strike-offs for you to review against the reference.
- Step 4
Approval
Revisions until the sample is right; the approved sample becomes the standard.
- Step 5
Bulk
Production is supplied against the approved standard.
04 — Quality and reliability
Checked at every stage, not just the end.
Quality is built in along the way. Each checkpoint catches problems before they travel further down the chain, where they cost more to fix.
- 1
Greige inspection
Base fabric is checked before it goes to processing, for weaving faults, construction and width, so problems are stopped before value is added to them.
- 2
Processing checks
During dyeing, printing and finishing we follow up with processors on shade, finish and handle against the approved standard.
- 3
Finished-fabric inspection
Finished rolls are inspected for visible defects, shade, width and finish before dispatch.
- 4
Shade grouping
Rolls are grouped by shade so each lot you receive is consistent, and garments or panels cut from it match.
